Job Title: Automation QA Engineer


We are looking for an experienced automation QA Engineer for one of our projects.

Required Skills

  • Experience as an Automation Test Engineer
  • Strong background in QA and Agile QA techniques
  • Proven experience translating technical documents into test scenarios
  • Self-starter and ability to work autonomously
  • Integrating our UI framework with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience automating functional testing of software, writing scripts in Java Scripting, using tools such as Cypress
  • A complete understanding of the Defect Management life cycle and knowledge of one or more defect management tools eg TFS, JIRA or HP ALM.


Desirable Skills

  • Strong experience of BDD with Specflow and Gherkin
  • Excellent communication
  • Collaborative and comfortable in a consultant role
  • Agile Scrum experience
  • Implement the Automation practices and tooling for continuous delivery (CD) and testing.
  • Good understanding of API testing using Postman

As a Mid-level Azure Data Engineer, some of your roles and responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain the data architecture for various data sources, such as on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Develop and implement data pipelines and data integration solutions to collect, store, process, and analyze data.
  • Create and maintain data storage solutions such as Azure Data Lakes, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
  • Design and implement data processing workflows using Azure Data Factory and Azure Stream Analytics.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and developers to design and implement machine learning models and real-time analytics.
  • Design and implement data security and privacy controls, such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Data Encryption.
  • Manage and monitor the performance and availability of the data platforms, including implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

  • Technical leadership - promote best software engineering practice; manage technical risk and mentor other members of team

This would be a great career move for you if you are:

  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about writing code, with several years' commercial experience working with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Typescript, HTML/CSS, Python and C#, Devops combined with a solid understanding of how web technology works.
  • Comfortable with REST APIs and developing software to interact with them
  • Keen to work with the latest mapping, geospatial, cloud and web technologies

Job Title: Big Data Engineer


SOC Code: 2136


Duties and Accountabilities:


● Help design and deliver the target cloud infrastructure for the Hadoop stack.

● Analysis, authoring of user stories and detailed design.

● Development of code, scripts, configuration and build automation. Provide specialist Hadoop and Big Data expertise.

● Engage with all members of the scrum team to ensure the technology meets the user needs.

● Prototype and prove concepts quickly. Identify and mitigate risks in development and technology.


Technical Expertise:


a) Experience in using emerging Big Data tools and technology such as Hive / Hadoop would be a significant advantage in addition to the above.

b) Experience in Hadoop and its components like HDFS, Apache Pig, Hive, Sqoop.

c) Experience on Spark Core and Spark SQL.

d) Experience in importing and exporting data using SQOOP from HDFS to Relational Database Systems and vice-versa.

e) Load data into the HIVE tables.

f) Experience in analysing data using HiveQL, Pig Latin. Implemented Spark RDD Transformations and Actions.

g) Demonstrable experience of infrastructure as code.


Qualification Required:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Systems Analysis or a related study


Experience Required: 5-7 Years

Salary: £25000-£30000 (Per Annum)
